Dear Madam / Dear Sir,

as you obviously know, Loriga & associati Srl (hereinafter, L & a) carries out activities of head hunting on behalf of its customers who are looking for staff to be hired within their structures. In this context, L & a collects information about you, essentially consisting of your own curriculum vitae and possibly supplemented by other freely available information or by dedicated interviews. Since this information constitutes personal data and therefore their use, or their processing, is subject to compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we hereby provide you with the information referred to in art. 13 of the Regulation itself.

Purpose of the processing, object and methods

 

The collection and processing of personal data are aimed exclusively at carrying out research and selection of personnel by L & a, carried out on behalf of third parties. This assignment consists in researching, selecting and evaluating candidates on the basis of their professional profile and in the manner agreed with the clients, preparing the means and supports suitable for the purpose.

 

The relative processing of personal data will be carried out both manually and with the aid of computerized means. In any case, the processing will not involve any fully automated decision-making process.

L & a only collects and processes personal data that can be defined as "common". Any document received that contains personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as genetic, biometric or data relating to health, sexual life or sexual orientation (already defined as "sensitive" data) will be destroyed. In any case, L & a will proceed with the destruction of the documents received containing personal data deemed inconsistent with the purposes indicated above.

 

Recipients of personal data and transfer of personal data abroad

 

to other subjects, except in cases where such communication is required by law. The personal data processed by L & a are intended for third parties who have entrusted the search and selection of personnel. There is no communication

 

Since the third parties who have entrusted L & a with the task of searching and selecting personnel, or who may do so in the future, may have their head office in countries outside the EU, it may be foreseen from time to time the transfer of personal data abroad.

 

Provision of personal data and consent to treatment

 

Without prejudice to the freedom to provide or not personal data by the interested parties, the failure to communicate them, and / or the failure to consent to their treatment, may make it impossible for L & a to consider the application as part of a personnel selection and evaluation procedure.

 

Period of retention of personal data

 

The personal data already provided will be kept for a period not exceeding 10 years from their last use or update.

 

Rights of the interested party

 

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 recognizes the following rights to the interested party:

  • request access to their personal data, the correction of inaccurate personal data, the deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten), the limitation of processing;
  • request and obtain their personal data in a structured and readable format by an automatic device, also in order to communicate such data to another data controller (right to portability);
  • oppose the processing of personal data in the event of particular situations;
  • revoke the consent to the treatment previously conferred;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

This assignment consists of searching, selecting and evaluating candidates on the basis of the professional profile and in the manner agreed upon with the principals, preparing suitable means and supports for the purpose.

L & a collects and processes only personal data that can be defined as "common." Recipients of personal data and transfer abroad of personal data

 

Personal data that L & a processes are intended for third parties on whose behalf L & a conducts recruitment and selection activities. The data will not be disclosed to other parties unless such disclosure is required by law.

 

Since the third parties on whose behalf L & a conducts recruitment and selection, now or in the future, may have their principal place of business in countries outside the EU, personal data may, from time to time, be transferred abroad.

 

 

Provision of personal data and consent to processing

 

Without prejudice to the freedom of data subjects to provide or withhold personal data, failure to provide them, and / or failure to consent to their processing, may result in L & a's inability to consider the application as part of a personnel selection and evaluation procedure.
