For our Milan office we are looking for one: ADMINISTRATION INTERNSHIP

What we offer

The resource will be included in the administration and accounting team, and, alongside the tutor, will be trained and made autonomous in the management of business support and administration activities.

Main activities:

• Preparation and control of accounting documentation
• Management of relationships with accounting firms, payroll firms, banks and suppliers
• Preparation and issuance of contracts and invoices
• Management of customer relations from an administrative point of view
• Internal database and archive management
• Back office activities
• Website and web pages management.

Requirements required:

• Diploma / Degree in economics
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Good command in the use of MS-Office systems
• Personal characteristics: excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and precision

Position

• The resource will be placed on an internship for 6 months for recruitment purposes
• Work area: Via Giosuè Carducci 12, 20123 Milan
• Working hours: full time, from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18
